The first of our two roles:

Business Development Consultant - Retainer + Success fees

As our business grows, so does our need for experienced individuals to work with our clients. Our clients rely on Pathfinder Development to generate business for them. The role of the Business Development Consultant is to work closely with the client organization at many levels to create a unique offering that suits their skills and capabilities. Our Business Development Consultants develop and then implement a plan that will generate revenue for our clients. Each client and each engagement is unique, so our Business Development Consultant must be able to work on many projects, in many industries and at many levels at once.

 

It boils down to creative, dedicated and bold individuals who can look at an organization and see their opportunity and potential.

 

At Pathfinder Development we have only two roles: Finding business for our clients and business for us. This role is focused on finding business for our clients.

 

We are seeking bold & creative thinkers who can develop a long term strategy for our clients and then reverse engineer the plan so that it pays for itself out of sales generated by the plan. We are looking for people who understand that the world of sales is changing. What worked in the past simply does not work today. People who can help our clients get to their next level. People who can sell themselves, sell their plans, sell the clients offering and provide the end user with a product or service that is unique in the market place. This takes superior listening, thinking, planning, communications and sales skills.

The second of our two roles:

Account Development Manager - Retainer + Success fees

 

As our business grows, so does our need for experienced individuals to find new clients. 

Our clients rely on Pathfinder Development to generate business for them. The role of the Account Development Manager is to seek out companies that are looking for a better way to sell their products and services. Finding the organization that is struggling with their sales is not difficult. The challenge is to find the people who are ready to embrace change. 

Once you have found the organization that is ready to embrace change, we will then develop and implement a plan that will generate new streams of revenue for them. 

Our service boils down to creative, dedicated and bold individuals who can look at an organization and see their opportunity and potential. Our Account Development Managers must also be such individuals.
